The Sakura Journey

The Sakura Journey by GOHO Kaiseki & Cocktail Bar starts with a tasteful 9-course, 11 dishes meal that features a Hassun (seasonal platter) that includes a Satsumaimo Ebi Puff - a creamy and textural one-biter made of Japanese Purple Sweet Potato, Diced Amaebi with its own roe.

As part of the Tsukuri (Raw) course, the Nori Buri Roll pieces together Kombu-cured Kanpachi (Amberjack) for a gram-worthy mosaic.

The Yakimono (Grilled) course is a luscious plate of Black Garlic and Balsamic-glazed Wagyu Short Ribs, topped with freshly shaved Karasumi (Mullet Roe), and accompanied by an oozing Japanese Soy-cured Egg Yolk.

Following this is the stunning Shiizakana course of Miso Poached Engawa with Ikura, Caviar and a tangy Yuzu Beurre Blanc.
